PAYMENT

Payment must be received before order is posted out.

If paying by cheque, you may send order first. We will then notify you of what is in stock and the correct amount to pay. Upon receiving your cheque or money order we will post out your order. However, if you send your cheque with the order, please state if you wish to have substitutes or a credit voucher for plants that are not in stock.

If paying by credit card the correct amount will be debited from your card number. No substitutes or credit vouchers will be necessary. This is the most convenient method of payment.

DELIVERY

Orders are posted out every Monday.

Please notify us immediately if any plants arrive damaged.
